Find your Google Ads customer ID
Your customer ID is the 10-digit number that identifies your Google Ads
account, formatted like 123-456-7890. The Ribbler setup wizard asks for it
in the Connect Google Ads step.
The quick way
- Go to ads.google.com and sign in.
- Look at the top-right corner of any Google Ads page — your customer ID is displayed next to your profile picture / account name.
If you manage several accounts
If your login shows an account picker (an "MCC" / manager account), each account in the list shows its own 10-digit ID underneath its name. Use the ID of the account that actually runs your ads — not the manager account's ID.
If you can't sign in
- The ID also appears in every email Google Ads sends you, in the footer or subject line.
- Still stuck? Whoever set up your ads (a previous agency, a colleague) can read it from the top-right corner of the account.
Don't have a Google Ads account?
Create one first at ads.google.com/intl/en/home/ — choose expert mode and skip creating a campaign (Ribbler will handle campaigns). Then come back to the wizard with your new ID.
What Ribbler does with it
After you enter the ID, Google sends your account a manager invitation from Ribbler. Accepting it lets us build and manage campaigns on your behalf — you keep full ownership and can remove Ribbler at any time under Admin → Access and security → Managers.
